MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
2 Night minimum stay
3 Night minimun stay for all major holidays except 4 Night minimum stay for Thanksgiving

 RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
A reservation (booking) deposit of $300.00 is required at the time the reservation is made. If Guest pays by credit card, the credit card will be charged this reservation deposit amount at the time the reservation is made. If you are a returning guest your booking deposit is only $150.00 The booking deposit is part of your stay and this comes off your amount due and the balance of your stay is due on or before your arrival date.  Personal checks for the booking deposit must be received in our office no later than ten (10) days after the reservation is made.  The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.  No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.  Personal checks will only be accepted if received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in day. If you plan on paying cash on arrival you must be at the office by 5:00 p.m. as no one will be there to accept payments after 5:00 and no keys are left wihout payments made in full. No rentals shall be made to persons under the age of 25, and there shall be no smoking or no pets allowed in the cabins.

The Nightly Rates shown for each cabin  are based on 1-4 guests. The nightly rate will increase according to the number of guests above 4 that you have in your party.   Weekly rates posted are based on a 6 night stay.  If you are able to stay 7 nights please ask the management personnel to give you a total for a 7 night week.  There is an additional $10.00 per person charge on the nightly rate for each person over 4 guests.   State and local lodging taxes also apply to the rental fee.   A one time cleaning fee is also added to your booking.  Cleaning fees are different on each cabin and are calculated according to the  cabin you choose and the size of your party.  Contact the rental office for a detailed total estimate of these charges.  There are no hidden fees they are all on the copy of your confirmation.
