What Amenities do your Nevaeh Cabin Rental located in North Georgia offer? We strive to make your stay very enjoyable. Our cabins are equipped with a full size Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, coffee maker, and many other kitchen utensils. A starter amount of paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and guest soap for the bathtub is supplied. If you are planning an extended stay, you may need to purchase additional amounts of these items. If you think you will be going on any water adventures, we suggest you bring your own towels as you may not remove the owner’s towels from the cabin. Each cabin will have a Hot Tub and will be equipped with satellite or cable TV. Each luxury cabin rental in Blue Ridge, GA is individually owned and each offers different amenities. Some will have either DVD players, VCRs or both, and some offer gaming systems. Sorry but No Pay-Per-View Stations are available.
Why are your rates based on 4 guests at Nevaeh Cabin Rentals in North Georgia? Larger groups will naturally increase the utility usage as well as wear on the cabin. A lot of our bookings are for 2 to 4 guests, even though most of our cabins sleep more than 4 guests. We feel the fairest way to base our rental rates so we would be fair to a small party is to set our rates for the smallest parties and then charge a $10.00 per night per guest for each member of your party over the 4 guests. This keeps the nightly rate lower for small groups and the additional nightly rate will be added for more guests.
How Many Nights are your Weekly Rates based on? Due to many of our customers work schedules we have based our weekly rate discount on 6 nights. If you book 6 nights you pay for 5 so you get one night free, however if you choose to book 7 nights you will still be given one night free. (example: if the weekly rate quote is $675.00 which is 5 nights you would add one night to that total if you stay the extra day.) However, this does not apply to The Best For Us, please call the office for weekly bookings for this cabin.
What other fees can you tell me about? There is a lodging tax, cleaning fee and processing fee added to each booking.
Do you offer Travel Insurance? Nevaeh Cabin Rentals offers travel insurance which can protect against financial loss from unforeseen conditions that lead to trip cancellation, such as sickness or injury, job loss or relocation, severe weather, revoked military leave. You must opt-in for coverage before the final payment is made. The cost is 6.95% of your total reservation and you have 10-day risk free trial period. Would you explain the security deposit? The security deposit is $250.00. A charge for the amount of the security deposit will be placed on the card unless you purchase the CSA Damage Insurnace (checks will only be accepted if received 14 days prior to arrival date), Charges are made to your card 7 days prior to arrival. What would cause me to lose my security deposit? The procedure and expectations are given to the guests with the rental agreement. Check-out procedures are posted in each cabin. View Checkout Procedure. We do not want to keep your security deposit., however, failure to follow the check-in and check-out procedures may result in loss of all or part of your security deposit. Our cabins in Blue Ridge, GA are privately owned and have been furnished beautifully for your enjoyment and we strive to keep them that way.
Will my cabin rental have a hot tub? Most of our cabins have hot tubs. Our cleaning staff will drain, clean and refill the hot tub between guests. The tubs are chemically treated at this time. If a party is checking out just before you check in, the water in the hot tub may not have time to warm up to the operating temperature for your immediate use, however it should be ready in just a few hours after your arrival.
Will I be able to purchase alcoholic beverages? Fannin County is a partially dry county. You can purchase beer and wine Monday through Saturday in various locations within the city limits of Blue Ridge, and some of the restaurants have pouring licenses for beer and wine. There are no liquor stores available in our immediate area. Please note you may need to bring your beverage of choice with you for your stay.
Will there be firewood at my Nevaeh Cabin Rental in Blue Ridge, GA ? Most of our cabins are equipped with gas fireplaces that are seasonal and only operational from October 1st through April 15th. Indoor wood burning fireplaces are also to be used only during this time, although outdoor wood burning fireplaces may be used year round. Firewood is not provided for fireplaces or firepits at any time, but we can direct you to a number of local sources for firewood.
Will I see any wildlife during my stay at Nevaeh Cabin Rental in Blue Ridge, GA ? Our cabins are located in the North Georgia Mountains . You are likely to encounter wildlife such as beautiful whitetail deer, black bears, rabbits, squirrels, raccoons, and more during your stay. You may also encounter one of our less admired species such as snakes and various types of bugs including scorpions, crickets, ants, wasps, hornets, bees, mosquitos, red bugs, or ladybugs. Ladybugs: We do our very best to reduce the ladybug population around all of our cabin rental properties, however, since these are protected species, pest control services cannot spray directly for them. Because of this, during your stay, you may see ladybugs in or around your cabin. Aside from potential allergies, ladybugs are harmless as they do not bite or sting.
How can I make a reservation? The Nevaeh Cabin Rentals website has online booking available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Book Online Now) or you can call our office at 1-800-488-1644. You can also fax or e-mail us the on-line form with the requested dates for your stay. A deposit of $300.00 with a valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. If you choose to send a check for your deposit, it must be received within 10 days of making your reservation in order to hold your booking. Any check used as payment on a reservation must be received at least 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. The balance of your booking charge is due 7 days before arrival by credit card, cash, or certified check made to Nevaeh Cabin Rentals. If you pay by cash or certified check, you must check in before our office closes at 5 p.m. Later check-ins must be paid in advance by credit card.
What if I need to change my reservation? We understand that things happen and plans sometimes change. If you need to change your reservation date, we will be glad to work with you and move your reservation to the next availability we have and there will be no charge for a one (1) time change, providing the change is requested at least (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. However, if another change is requested, there will be a $30.00 charge for each move.
What if I need to cancel my reservation? Our cabins are privately owned vacation cabins in the Blue Ridge area. Therefore, cancellations have a big effect. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in, your complete deposit minus a $45.00 administration fee will be returned. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will forfeit the booking deposit.
What are your times for check-in and check-out? Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Earlier check-in and later check-out times can occasionally be accommodated, but arrangements must be made in advance. We strive to keep our cabins clean and ready for the next guests, therefore, we must have that time to prepare for the next guest’s arrival just like we did for yours. If a check-in later than 5 p.m. is needed, you will need to make prior arrangements.
Can I bring my family pet to my Nevaeh cabin rental in the Blue Ridge Mountains? Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED (No Exceptions). We understand that pets are like family members, but to respect our cabin owners there are no pets allowed.
Are your cabin rentals smoke-free? Yes. There is no smoking allowed in any of our rental cabins. Smoking is only allowed on porches or decks outside the cabin. Any cigarette or cigarette butts not disposed of properly (in the provided exterior ashtray) will result in the loss of your security deposit. Again, all of our rental cabins are privately owned properties that have been made available to you for your enjoyment. We ask you respect it as it were your own.
