Our Properties are beautifully showcased using our state-of-the-art website. Additionally, we advertise in the local newspapers, Welcome Magazines and with the local Chamber of Commerce. Owners Greg and Mary Jo Towe also own Wolf Creek Builders, which specializes in custom log homes. This experience in construction means that we have many contacts in all aspects of construction as well as the knowledge and experience needed to maintain your cabin in the best possible condition. Nevaeh Cabin Rentals is a family owned and operated business, including our cabin property management program. As natives to the Blue Ridge Area, we take pride in promoting our community as a highly desirable vacation destination. Our reservations and office staff has more than 16 cumulative years in the vacation rental business as well as over 35 years prior experience in customer service. Our familiarity with the local area and with the cabins we manage allows us to provide a high level of personal service to both our cabin owners and our guests. We have chosen to limit the number of cabins in our rental property management program in order to continue to provide exceptional service.
All of our cabins are kept to the highest standards for cleaning and maintenance. We have a well-trained team of housekeepers that are assigned to specific properties, and thus know the cabins specifically. You can be assured that every cabin is frequently checked and kept in the best possible condition. Our cabin property management programs offer a variety of services for our owners, which includes Hot Tub Maintenance and Lawn Care. We partner with local companies to provide services such as Trash Removal and Pest Control. Both guests and owners can feel comfortable knowing that we have professionals on call the moment any problem occurs. Our goal is to make the guest’s vacation wonderful and free of any nuisances, and to allow our owners to rest easy knowing that regular routine maintenance and repairs can often prevent minor problems from becoming costly repairs. Our customer service department operates 24/365 to ensure that your property is always taken care of.
